End User License Agreement

Effective 15 August 2026 · Publisher: Mono Productions LLC · Game: Spaceslop

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a contract between you and Mono Productions LLC for the game Spaceslop, including builds distributed on the Epic Games Store and related online services at spaceslop.com.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Spaceslop for your own private entertainment. This is a license, not a sale of the software.

What you may not do

Epic Games Store

If you obtained Spaceslop through the Epic Games Store, the Epic Games Terms of Service and Epic’s other applicable policies also apply. Where those terms and this EULA both cover the same topic, Epic’s store terms govern your use of the Epic launcher and store; this EULA governs the game itself.

Closed beta / pre-release

Current builds may be closed beta or otherwise unfinished. Features can change, progress may be reset, and the game is provided “as is” without a warranty that it will be error-free or available at all times. Online rooms and cloud saves may be interrupted for maintenance or testing.

Ownership

Mono Productions LLC and its licensors retain all rights in Spaceslop, including name, art, code, and audio. You keep rights in feedback you send us; you grant us a license to use that feedback to improve the game.

Termination

This license ends if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and delete your copies of the game. Sections that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimer, limitation of liability) remain in effect.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spaceslop and related services are provided without warranties of any kind. Mono Productions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
